How does Guaranteed rent work?

We effectively become your tenant after agreeing a fixed rent with you and sign an agreement with you to manage your property for a specific period of time, this in return is guaranteeing you a fixed monthly rental income even if the property is vacant or if the tenants keep on delaying payment.  We then sub-let the property, taking great care on finding the perfect tenants, which are professional and working tenants.

If the tenants delay payment, decide to leave the property without giving notice, or in worst case if we need to evict them, we will take the financial burden – not you.

How long is the guaranteed rental agreement for?

12 months is the minimum you can run the guaranteed rent scheme, with the option to have a maximum of a 5 year contract.
